Commitment

This agency was created so I could continue to serve families and children of Iowa.  I believe in practicing exceptional customer service and 100% respect.  I truly care about all of my clients.  I know as a mother and as a previous child care provider and personal nanny for 15 years how important it is to have someone special to care for your children when you are away.  And I have decided that I want to help provide this service to every family I can.

Statistically, since our country’s 9/11 horrific war started, more families have started to employ nannies or stayed at home with their children.  More families feel they are safer and get better care within their own home.  My goal is to help accommodate the growing demands of wanting nannies.  I too prefer my children at home.  Therefore, I’m personally committed to you!

Guarantee

At C.I.N., we guarantee that if the nanny we place you with does not work out we will do our best to replace them at no cost.  However, you need to notify us in writing within 90 days of your contract.

Also, I personally will follow up with the family and nanny weekly for the first month to make sure the transition is running smoothly.  I will check in twice the next month and follow up again at least once the third month of employment.

I will also be available if you need any other assistance or resource information seven days a a week by phone or email.  I encourage families to let me know about their experience with their nanny.
