Central Iowa Nannies' temporary service is outstanding -- both in reliability (even with short notice) and quality of care. I use the service primarily for "sick care" when I can't stay home with kids who are ill and for help on afterschool days when I cannot be home or get kids where they need to go. As a single mother with no family in the area, I cannot stress enough how important this service has been to me. I appreciate that many nannies themselves are parents and so have personal experience from the other end of the care spectrum. I also will add that when I have a conflict and need help, it is so much less stressful to call the service, give a list of preferences from past times, and know that I don't have to do all the phone calls, leaving messages, but can spend time at work or with kids, knowing things will work out.
