Special Event Nannies
Home Due to Popular Demand Central Iowa Nannies will now be offerring "Special Occassion Packages"!

Do you have an upcoming Wedding, corporate party, or Extravaganza? Do you need a Fun nanny to supervize, entertain and care for your guests kiddos? If so you have came to the right place! Your guests will be thrilled they do not have to find childcare or pay a arm and a leg for a sitter! They will thank you and want to know what service you booked!

 I have 30+pre-screened Sitter/Nannies available upon request! They are all CPR/First Aid Certified, have lots of childcare experience with infants-teens and most of all they know how to have a blast without the chaos!

 I will work with you and my nannies to coordinate and create a organized yet fun atmosphere for your guests children!  So whether you have an upcoming dinner rehearsal or wedding reception that kids are not invited to or a corporate event, fundraiser,holiday party; you name it-we have you covered! Your guests can no longer use the excuse that they couldn't find a sitter and not show!

 This deal is Simple as 1-2-3!!!

Include: Event,Date,Time, and Place!
*Mail us a Reservation fee of 25.00
Checks or Money orders only!
*Then we will do all of the Leg Work for you!

After that the next step is 2 weeks prior to your Special Event I will need to have received a $75.00 Event fee! (This covers our consultations, arrangements, paperwork and however many nannies you need to book).
We will also have a scheduled Consultation 2weeks prior to the Event(this can be done by phone). This will be to gather last minute details to insure a Safe, organized and memorable time for the kiddos!(Why should the adults have all of the fun!) At the time of consultation I will need a list of:
-Parents Names
-Contact info including mailing address and #'s to be reached at during the event.
-Childrens names, ages,allergies, and special needs.
-I will make sure you have a proper ratio of nannies to children and have a activity agenda in the works.
-Lastly, I will prepare a Attendance checklist for the booked nannies so they can check them in as they arrive and have all of the above info incase of any emergencies, parents will also have to sign them in and show a form of Identification to pick them up, the nannies will also label their belongings as they are dropped off. The nannies will be aware of these procedures!

Nanny hourly rates should not be less than $12/hr but will be officially determined when we finalize our count of children at that time we will discuss if the Event planner will be covering these wages or if parents will be charged a convenience rate at drop off.
